Shri Sourabh Gupta is a former Regional Director of the Central Ground Water Board (CGWB) and Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, New Delhi. He holds an M.Tech in Applied Geology from IIT Roorkee and brings extensive, multi-domain expertise in hydrogeology, with a strong focus on the application of innovative techniques in the water resources sector.
